Throughout the event, Wen was onsite to answer technical questions and share insights on how atmospheric plasma solutions can be seamlessly integrated into semiconductor process lines. Surfx’s plasma systems enable precise, contamination-free surface preparation, driving improved adhesion, reliability, and yield in advanced manufacturing.
